Castle Special Place Helps Threatened U.S. Wolverines: New Research Findings

In southwestern Alberta, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, lies an area of forested wilderness called the Castle Special Place. As one of the most species-rich areas in the province, it is imperative that the Government of Alberta fully protects the Castle as a Wildland and Provincial Park in the final version of the South Saskatchewan Regional Land-Use Plan.

 

There is no castle there. Don’t look for one. But there are wolverines! Wolverines, I tell you.
